  I have gone to the Workout Indooroopilly regularly once or twice a week for the past 10 years and do their incredible MedX workout. Even though the MedX workout is done within 30 minutes, at 61 I keep getting stronger and it helps me stay relatively lean. They call it the HIT line. There's no doubt that the MedX super-slow, low-momentum, high-quality strength training is the most effective, safest and most time-efficient method of training for all ages. The Workout is different to other clubs in many respects, but the most important is that the MedX strength training is fully supervised with trainers who offer consistent advice. There's no doubt that the combination of the best equipment, the best program and the great supervision and support make a winning combination. Every now and then I do their FIT line which gives me a great cardio workout in just 10 minutes. One of the best clubs in Australia.
